Healthy Vegan Scrambled Tofu

Time: 18 minutes

Serves: 3-4


Easy to follow instructions

  • Put the instant pot on saute setting
  • Heat the oil
  • Add the chopped carrots, garlic and yellow onion, saute for 3 minutes until soft
  • Crumble the tofu then add it to the pot with the veggies
  • Pour in all the remaining ingredients and season to your desired taste
  • Stir, seal the pot then saute on High heat for 4 minutes
  • Remove the food from the instant pot, place on a plate, sprinkle nutritional yeast and enjoy.
  • Best served hot

Vegan Coconut Almond Chia Seed Pudding

Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3-4


Easy to follow instructions

  • Place the chia seeds in the instant pot
  • Pour the coconut, milk, and almonds in then stir
  • Seal the lid and cook on high heat for 3 minutes
  • Release the pressure and serve
  • Add sugar to taste

  3. I love chia seed pudding! I always have mine with chocolate milk and leave it overnight. Will try that scrambled tofu cause it looks super yum!
